NOW RENTING FOR OFF-SEASON 2007 & 2008

(one week is 7 days/7 nights, with arrival at 3:00 p.m. and check out at 10:00 a.m.)
If available, additional nights can be reserved at a pro-rata rate per night based on the weekly rate

RENTAL RATES:
(All rates listed include cleaning services after your stay)

In-Season (December - April)

Seasonal Rental (3 months or more): $2800.00/month

$3100/4 weeks

$1100/weekly (no weekly rentals during February or March)

Off-Season (May-November)

$2300/4 weeks
$725/non-holiday week
$800/holiday week (any rental which includes, or begins or ends within 2 days of the following holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day or Thanksgiving)

NOTE: ABOVE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE REQUIRED 10.5% TAX (county and state)
This tax is the guests' responsibility and will be included in the total rental fee charged to guest.

DOG FEE & POLICY: Up to two (2) house-trained, well-behaved dogs may be permitted with owner approval. Must be up-to-date on all shots and be on routine flea, tick and heartworm medication. $100 fee per dog (non-refundable; to be used for extra cleaning of home).

SECURITY DEPOSIT: (for one month or more): $300 with no dogs; $500 with dog(s). (For one week): $200 with no dogs; $300 with dog(s). Security deposit due with final payment thirty days prior to rental start date and will be returned if house is in same condition as when you arrived, normal wear and tear expected.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: 25% deposit to confirm reservation; 25% due 90 days prior to rental start date; remaining 50% and security deposit due 30 days prior to rental start date.

Bank, personal checks or cash only. All checks must clear prior to the rental start date. Any returned checks will result in a fee to the guest equal to the amount charged to the owner by their bank.
